The Wynwood Art Fair of 2011 has blossomed into ART LIVE 2012, an annual extravaganza of live, interactive, and performance based art celebrating our collective oneness!  The Sundari Foundation, Inc. invites you to become a Sponsor of ART LIVE 2012, this year's contemporary art "happening" and fair benefiting the Lotus House Women's Shelter on October 26-28, 2012. With last year's art fair heralded by the New Times as a "smashing success" in the "Top Five" art events of the year, get ready for ART LIVE and "don't just see art ~ be it" at our all new location at the Coconut Grove Convention Center.

More than a fair, this year's ART LIVE Fair will be an "art happening" of unprecedented artistic dimension and heart, bringing together contemporary artists and community to uplift those in need. It is an opportunity to see and experience art first hand, featuring contemporary art performances, interactive art installations, and working "artist studios," alongside a diverse array of contemporary art museums, collections, galleries, live music and a taste of the area's distinctive flavors. ART LIVE 2012 will include a  VIP Vernissage (5:30-7:30pm) and Launch Party (starting 7:30pm) on Friday night, October 26 that will offer a "first view" of this interactive art happening, including artist "tastings," chef's tastings from Miami's finest, champagne, merriment and more!

 

All proceeds of the Fair, Benefit Auction and Launch Party benefit Lotus House, serving women and children in need. With your support, Lotus House provides sanctuary, shelter and support to over 100 women and children in need on a daily basis in our newly expanded faciities, including a free health clinic. With access to medical and mental health care, counseling, job readiness training, computer classes, life skills building and a host of enrichment activities, the holistic education and support services at Lotus House provide women and children with the tools and resources they need to heal and grow, build the foundation for a safe, secure future, and blossom into who they are truly meant to be. Lotus House is about so much more than shelter, it is about transforming lives and your sponsorship truly makes everything possible.
